What is Lagree?
A high-intensity, low-impact workout on the Megaformer. It targets strength, endurance, balance, and core — maximum results in minimum time. Full-body sculpting with zero joint stress.
Is Lagree good for beginners?
Absolutely. Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors offer modifications so you can challenge yourself safely — first class or hundredth.
Do I need to be in shape to take class?
Nope. Lagree meets you where you are. Beginners start at their own pace. Advanced students ramp up the intensity. Everyone leaves stronger.
Can I do Lagree if I’m pregnant or injured?
Lagree is low-impact, but if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, or recovering from an injury, get medical clearance from your doctor before class. Tell your instructor before class starts — they will offer the right modifications.
When should I arrive?
10 minutes early — especially your first time. Check in, meet your instructor, get set up on the machine. Doors close 5 minutes past start time and late arrivals are not permitted, so give yourself a buffer.
How long is class?
Forty minutes on the machine — warm-up to final stretch. In and out in under an hour.
What should I wear?
Fitted athletic wear you can move in — leggings or fitted shorts that stay put on the carriage. Grip socks required, no shoes on the machine.
What should I bring?
Yourself, a water bottle, and grip socks [required]. Towel optional but recommended. Everything else is provided.
